How can I pay for my safari? Once you confirm the final itinerary with McBern Tours and Travel, you will be required to pay your deposit of at least 30%. Gorilla and chimpanzee permits must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Please note that availability of accommodation and permits is not guaranteed until we officially confirm. Accommodation, permit and activity reservations will be made as soon as payment has been received on our bank account. To avoid inconveniences, the balance payment should be paid before the start of your safari. We do accept payment by VISA credit card (please include 5% service charge) and bank transfer to our bank account in Uganda. Please note that all bank charges are at the expense of the client.
